What is your background?
“I was born and raised in Chicago, where my passion for hospitality began. I started my career as a host and later expanded my experience by working as a pizza maker. Those early roles helped me develop a strong appreciation for teamwork, quality service, and creating positive experiences for guests. From the very beginning, I’ve been passionate about helping customers and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.”

What has your Eataly journey been like?
“I joined Eataly Chicago in October 2019, and over the years, I have developed greater patience and stronger customer service skills. My favorite part of the job is interacting with guests and providing the best service possible by making them smile and engaging in meaningful conversations.”

What advice do you have for a fellow Eatalian?
“My advice is to take life by the horns and embrace every challenge. You may fall from time to time, but what matters most is having the courage to get back up and keep trying.”

What are some fun facts about you?
“I make my own Halloween costumes. I don’t know how to sew; it’s all glue and a dream. I also enjoy reading, going to concerts, and doing drag. When I was growing up, I wanted to be a chef, a lawyer, or an actor.”
