What is your background?
“I’m originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador. I grew up in a very food-focused environment where cooking and sharing meals with my family was important. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Business Administration, where I’ve been developing skills in communication, organization, and teamwork. Education has always been very important to me, and before joining Eataly, I spent almost a year in Germany improving both my English and German. That experience helped me grow personally and professionally, especially in adapting to new environments and cultures.”

What has your Eataly journey been like?
“In 2023, I moved to the United States and joined Eataly as a QSR Sales Associate. I’ve always had a strong interest in food and saw it as a great opportunity to learn more about different Italian products and dishes. In August 2025, I was promoted to Storyteller within the Marketing, Education, and Events team. In my current role as a Storyteller, I educate and guide guests in making informed and confident shopping decisions by sharing the stories behind Eataly’s products and providing recommendations on food and beverage pairings.”

What advice do you have for a fellow Eatalian?
“Stay curious, proactive, and collaborative! Taking the time to learn about the products, their origins, and the stories behind them helps create more meaningful interactions with guests.”

What are some fun facts about you?
“I enjoy trying new restaurants and coffee shops and exploring different neighborhoods in New York. I like discovering new places, especially those with unique concepts or great food, and spending time meeting up with friends.”
