What is your favorite part of your job?
“My passion for QSR comes from interacting with all different types of people every day and building relationships. I have a lot of regular customers here, and they come back because they not only like the food but love the service.”
What have you learned since joining Eataly?
“I’ve learned so much about many types of Italian foods and how to pronounce them. I’ve learned the most about coffee, though, and why it is so important to so many people.”
Who inspires you?
“My parents inspire me a lot because they came from a time when people did not have too much but they worked to help build my future. They worked so hard for everything they have, and they are amazing role models.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of Eataly?
“I love trying different foods and visiting different restaurants. I also love cars and watching Formula 1. People wouldn’t normally guess it, but I love cars and going to car shows.”
