What is your background?
“I was born and raised in Mexico. After moving to the United States, I began working in the events industry. My father was a chef in Mexico, and his passion for creating memorable experiences inspired me to pursue a career in hospitality. I developed a true appreciation of the industry through his dedication to providing exceptional experiences for guests at every event.”

What has your Eataly journey been like?
“I joined Eataly Chicago in June 2021 as a Cook and was promoted to Lead in 2023. I enjoy working at Eataly because of its commitment to high-quality Italian cuisine. My favorite part of the job is supporting the many events that Eataly caters and helping deliver a product of high quality. I take pride in contributing to exceptional experiences.”

What are some fun facts about you?
“I enjoy spending time with my family and making the most of every moment with my children. I also enjoy mathematics and am deeply appreciative of my faith. I am grateful for my family, who are always there for me through both good times and challenging times. In my free time, I like to relax and spend quality time with the people I love.”
