Diana’s Eataly journey began as an Accounts Payable Associate, where she excelled for two years before transitioning to the Accounting Team in 2025 where she was promoted from Junior Accounting Analyst to Accountant. She brings a service‑driven mindset to her work, consistently stepping in to support team members and business partners wherever and whenever needed. Diana approaches her role with curiosity, always seeking to not only do her job well but to understand how her contributions fit into the broader accounting cycle and Eataly’s overall operations. Her passion for being an Eatalian is clear, as she eagerly seeks out opportunities to learn more about Eataly’s products and culture beyond her day-to-day work.
What is your background?
“I am from the Philippines and grew up in the northern part of the country in a town called Tarlac. In school, I studied Physics and Finance. As a student at Baruch College, I used to wander through Eataly during my breaks, and simply browsing the aisles brought me so much joy. That feeling stuck with me. I knew I wanted to be part of a company capable of creating that kind of positive energy, and that’s what inspired me to join the team.”
What has your Eataly journey been like?
“I began at Eataly in February of 2023 on the Accounts Payable Team. Initially, I supported the Boston and Dallas stores as well as Employee Benefits. Now, I’m part of the Accounting Team, and my responsibilities revolve around CapEx, Employee Benefits, and Workers’ Compensation. I think of my job as a financial detective and a matchmaker. I make sure all our assets and their associated costs are recorded together and track down any that have wandered off to make sure everything ends up exactly where it should be. My favorite part of my job is the people and consistent support I’ve received with every team I’ve worked with.”
What advice do you have for a fellow Eatalian?
“Stay curious, embrace every opportunity to learn, and don’t be afraid to be yourself.”
What are some fun facts about you?
“I enjoy cooking and baking, painting, singing karaoke, and going to concerts.”
