What is your current role at Eataly?
“I am currently a Server three days a week and a Bartender three days a week. Every day, we have a pre-shift before we start our day. Then, I am dedicated to taking guests’ orders and either making drinks or serving tables.”

What do you enjoy about working at Eataly?
“I am always happy when guests come in and look for me specifically and thank me for my help. We have to be welcoming to guests and answer all the questions we can. We want people to feel like part of our family and community, not just feel like they are coming into a restaurant.”

What is your favorite memory from your time at Eataly so far?
“My favorite memory was being part of the opening team of the Osteria della Pace restaurant. It felt like a family. We were a small team, but we were all really hard workers.”

Outside of Eataly, what do you like to do?
“I like to spend time with my family. I also used to be a triathlete and did races like iron mans. I ran, cycled, swam, and even qualified for national championships. I hope to be able to coach athletes in the future.”
