What is your background?
“I was raised in Armenia, Colombia. In college, I majored in industrial engineering, and I also have a Master’s Degree in Finance. Before joining Eataly, I worked in purchasing at an inventory operation. I always have liked to cook, though and be surrounded by food service operations.”

What has your Eataly journey been like?
“I started working for Eataly in 2023 as a Prep Cook, where all the chefs got a chance to see my skills and work ethic. I then became a Line Cook, which allowed my organizational abilities and ambition to continue growing. Soon, I assumed my current role and became a Butcher. Now, I get the chance to help people navigate our meat display and make informed purchases, as well as assist my teammates in keeping our products stocked and properly displayed. I also assist my managerial team with inventory, product-tracking, and managing invoices for our walk-in display’s meat products. My favorite parts of the job are checking our inventory stock and assisting with guest service since I get the chance to improve my English.”

What advice do you have for a fellow Eatalian?
“Always be humble, respect everyone, and give your best no matter the job duty.”

What are some fun facts about you?
“I love spending time with my family, grilling, and drinking my favorite cocktails. I dream of having a corporate job as a supply chain manager with a major company like Eataly. I like to dream big and make things happen.”
