What is your background?
“I’m originally from Colombia and grew up in Boston after moving here at nine years old. I completed high school in Boston and worked as a host before joining Eataly.”
What has your Eataly journey been like?
“I started at Eataly in 2019 as a Cashier and QSR Associate and later became a QSR Sales Specialist. Over the years, I’ve learned to manage all stations, handle catering orders independently, and ensure everything runs according to Eataly’s standards. Currently, as a QSR Specialist, I oversee daily operations, support and train associates, manage cash procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly. My favorite part of my job is helping my team, and making sure we’re prepared to offer the best guest services we can.”
What advice do you have for a fellow Eatalian?
“Stay open to learning, take initiative, and always be willing to help your team!”
What are some fun facts about you?
“I love spending time with my son and family, and I enjoy riding motorcycles. When I was younger, I wanted to be a veterinarian.”
