What is your background?
“I am from the Dominican Republic and grew up in the city of Santiago. I eventually moved to the United States and lived in Pennsylvania for five years, where a friend of mine first introduced me to the food industry. I worked as a Maintenance Manager for some time before I made the switch to Eataly.”

What has your Eataly journey been like?
“My journey at Eataly began in January of 2022 when I joined the team as a Housekeeping Associate. Through hard work, I earned a promotion three years ago to my current role, Housekeeping Specialist. In this position, I am dedicated to tracking and managing products and staff across the entirety of our housekeeping department. My favorite part of my role is looking back at everything I accomplished at the end of the day and knowing it was a job well done. I love what I do, and I see myself continuing to grow in my role each and every day.”

What advice do you have for a fellow Eatalian?
“Every Eatalian must be ready to work within the greater team! All of our departments cross paths and collaborate on so many different projects, and this cannot be done correctly if we do not practice effective communication and problem-solving skills.”

What are some fun facts about you?
“Outside of Eataly, there is nothing more I love than spending time with my family.”
