What is your background?
“I was born in the Bay Area of California and was raised in Denton, Texas. During my studies, I focused on Anthropology and then began working as an Assistant Brewer and Cheesemonger. I have always had a natural passion for food which helped lead me to Eataly, where I ended up joining the team as a Salumi & Formaggi Artisan.”
Tell us about your Eataly journey.
“In 2023, I learned about Eataly and applied to join the Salumi & Formaggi Department. I was an Artisan and then later became curious about Wine. I was able to learn a great deal and transition to grow within our Wine Department, where I have become a Lead. As part of my role, I handle the wine orders for restaurants, retail, the wine shop, as well as education and events.”
