Morgan is from Phoenix, Arizona and moved to Los Angeles in 2018. She is an aspiring artist and came to California to attend art school. While in college, Morgan has held various service and hospitality roles in both restaurants and retail.

Since joining the Eataly Los Angeles Team as a Server in 2020, Morgan has become a leader among her teammates. She regularly trains new hires, assists her colleagues and managers when needed, and develops sincere connections with every guest she serves.

Now a Lead Server, Morgan quickly turns new guests into regulars that specifically ask for her service. She has grown into a true professional, with a knowledge of Italian wine that rivals many sommeliers. Morgan’s team describes her as someone who is sincere, dedicated, and cultured, with an unmatched understanding of the importance of quality service.

What is your favorite part of your role here at Eataly?
“My teammates are people from all walks of life, which is really cool. I’ve made friends with people from all different demographics and from all over the world, and having friendships like that is my favorite part.”

What is your favorite memory from your time at Eataly so far?
“Miley Cyrus came in recently, and my inner child went, ‘Oh my, that’s Hannah Montana!’ That was crazy, but we see fun things all the time. Being in LA, something is always happening.’”

What have you learned since joining Eataly?
“My time management skills have really improved. When you’re working at such a high-volume restaurant, you really need to be able to manage your responsibilities well, and I’ve grown a lot in that regard. I’m also always working to actively find help with anything I need or anything my teammates need, which makes things run much more smoothly.”

What advice do you have for a fellow Eatalian?
“Learn everyone’s names. We’re all working together. We’re part of this community, and we need each others’ help. We should be able to call each other by our names. It’s an acknowledgement, like saying, ‘I see you.’”

What do you enjoy doing outside of Eataly?
“I’m still in art school, and I’m an Illustration major. I’m studying to work in animation production, which I really love. I’ve been in school through the entirety of my Eataly journey, and I’ve loved it.”
