Nicole C.

In 2021, Nicole joined the Eataly Boston Team as a Quick Service Sales Associate. While working at Eataly, she also attended school and held a part-time job at a law firm. After some time at Eataly, Nicole decided to more fully concentrate on her work with us in the hospitality industry. She expanded her knowledge of coffee and was promoted to a Barista role.

Expressing interest in learning about bread and pizza, Nicole was able to transfer to a new position in our Pizza alla Pala Bakery. She has learned to shape and make all different types of artisanal breads and pizzas. In the Bakery, Nicole has continued to grow as a professional and to thrive as part of our Eataly team.

What feeling do you get when walking into Eataly?
“When I come into Eataly, I always feel very happy to start my day. It’s a very comforting environment. I feel like there is no pressure. It’s very welcoming.”

What do you enjoy about working here?
“What I love about working here is the professionalism. Everything is just so clean. There are steps and a process to all that we do.”

What have you learned while working at Eataly?
“My time at Eataly has made me realize how much I love working with food and made me reconsider what I want to do in the future. Learn as much as you can here because people want to teach you!”

Outside of Eataly, what do you like to do?
“I love cooking as well as painting and swimming.”
