Including restaurants, to-go counters, and a cooking school, every Eataly marketplace is dynamic, fast-paced, and fun. Each of our Eatalians specializes in what they do – whether it’s bread baking, storytelling about products, mozzarella making, or providing excellent customer service. At the same time, Eatalians across all departments collaborate to create the unique and cohesive Eataly experience where guests Eat, Shop, and Learn. 

To hone your skills and to gain a deep understanding of authentic regional Italian cuisine, there is no better place than Eataly. With so much going on under one roof, there are a plethora of career paths within our marketplace. Plus, with operations typically closing by 11 pm, all of our Eatalians can have manageable schedules to enjoy life outside of Eataly.
