JOB OVERVIEW
The Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant (Temporary) is responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance team of Eataly. The AP administrative assistant scans and files documents in a timely manner and supports in miscellaneous office tasks as needed. Reports to Accounts Payable Manager.
This role is on-site at the Eataly Corporate Office on 23rd Street.
- Provides administrative support in the form of scanning, filing, document retrieval and record keeping
- Tags and scans necessary documents using KwikTag
- Files documents accordingly after scanning
- Maintains a documented paper and electronic filing system
- Communicates with the Finance team on miscellaneous office tasks and assistance
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- + 1 year of administrative experience preferred; interest or experience in Accounts Payable
- Ability to work efficiently and with precision
- Good organizational and communication skills
