Job Description

The Supply Chain Associate is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the proper execution of some of the Supply Chain processes of Eataly North America. This role reports to the Master Data Manager. In particular:

  • Ensures that receiving of all packing lists related to goods shipped from the warehouse to the stores are correctly received in the ERP system.
  • Ensures that receiving of all invoices related to goods shipped from vendors to the warehouse are correctly received in the ERP system.
  • Oversees the receiving process on the stores’ warehouses side, ensuring that all the discrepancies are marked by the store Operations team and registered in the system.
  • Accurately maintains data related to Eataly’s inventory to ensure the integrity of inventory valuation across Eataly departments and locations.
  • Supports the Master Data Manager in creation and maintenance of Master Data records in the WMS and ERP systems.
  • Performs daily and month-end operations to ensure every Supply Chain related movement is correctly recorded in the systems (WMS and ERP).
  • Participates in the activities related to creation and maintenance of Master Data Item records in the ERP and the WMS systems.
  • Takes proactive measures, to prevent discrepancies and troubleshoot errors.
  • Partners with the Master Data Manager and the Supply Chain Director to improve the Supply Chain related processes, such as receiving, scanning, picking, cross docking, inventory adjustments, adherence to defined schedules.
  • Participates in the semi-annual warehouse inventory counts.
  • Monitors Performance KPI’s across the full Supply Chain and interacts with other members of the Supply Chain team to take action if needed.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor ’s Degree preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience in Data related activities
  • Experience with ERP / WMS systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and with precision, especially with numbers and data entry activities
  • Ability to effectively communicate to ensure accurate inventory reporting
  • Experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics in the Retail and Food/Beverage industries is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders

The base pay range for this role is between $22-$25 per hour.
