Claudia was born in Mexico City and later moved to the USA. She attended culinary school, where she cemented her passion for food and cooking that would eventually bring her to Eataly.

In 2020, Claudia joined the team at Eataly Dallas as a Salumi & Formaggi Artisan. She dove into the role, learning all she could about our products. Today, Claudia leads classes, hosts live demonstrations, and activates the market on weekends – always drawing in crowds with her skill and professionalism. She has also supported other store openings, representing Eataly Dallas with pride and consistency.

Beyond mastering fresh cheese production, Claudia continues to refine her teaching and presentation abilities through events and educational programming. Her drive to maintain high standards pushes her to continually sharpen her craft. Claudia is seen as a pillar of strength – reliable, focused, and inspiring. She sets the bar high and leads by example, earning respect through her dedication and discipline.

What is your favorite memory from your time at Eataly so far?
“It was very special for me to be asked to assist with the Don Mills opening in Canada. Apart from helping Eataly open an exciting new store, I loved having the opportunity to see Canada. It was beautiful.”

What is your favorite part of your role?
“I love how fast paced the role is. We come in, get what we need to get done, and we go from there. The team works together so well.”

What have you learned since joining Eataly?
“I am learning so much about working with different types of people and how to get the best out of each other. It is a constant work in progress. Learning how to speak with certain people and how to navigate the environment is really helping me grow, and I’m getting better at it every day.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of Eataly?
“I like crafting, looking at the stars and moon, and going on walks. I bake a lot as well and make cakes for my family members’ birthdays. I do lots of homely stuff!”
